What is your return policy?

As our products are food items, returns are generally excluded for hygienic reasons.

However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a defect, please contact us within 3 days of receipt – we will find a solution together.

Are purchases excluded from exchange?

Yes, according to Swiss law, food items are excluded from exchange.

Exceptions apply only to incorrectly delivered or damaged products. In this case, please contact our support immediately.

Are the products still good/edible or what's the deal with the best-before date?

Yes, all products are, of course, within their best-before date (BBD). We ensure that you only receive fresh and faultless snacks that can be enjoyed without any problems.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our snacks come from various countries worldwide, including the USA, Asia, and Europe. You can find manufacturer details in the description of each product.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are CHF 6.90 within Switzerland. For orders over CHF 65, shipping is free.
